This is a hand made steel string acoustic made by Tommarp/Sweden based luthier Michael Sandén. Check out his website and all the great guitars he's building. Michael builds mostly acoustic instruments, and his steel strings, 12-strings, nylon strings, mandolins, mandocellos, buzoukies and some other custom made instruments are played by top Scandinavian musicians. Let me just name Jojje Wadenius, Ulf Lundell, Marie Bergman, Lisa Ekdahl, Johan Norberg, Lasse Englund, Sofia Carlsson... This very guitar has a quite narrow neck and it includes a "zero fret". It has 16 ( ?! ) frets to the body, Michael made the body a little "shorter" so to say. This didn't affect the great sound, and it's surprising how much bass there is in such a small bodied guitar. Materials used: Top:Redwood Sides & back:East Indian Jakaranda Fretboard & bridge:Rio Jakaranda Fingerboard:Ebony with ivoroid binding Neck:Mahagony Inlays:Mother of pearl Tuning machines:Schaller
